PURPOSE. Composite high-strength and light-cure filling material "PRIZMAFIL" is used for recovery of teeth cavities of I-V classes, for adults and children. The material is cured by visible light with wavelength of 450-500 nm.
PROPERTIES. "PRIZMAFIL" is composite filling material with the average dispersion of filler particles 2.8-3.2 microns. Barium-aluminum-borosilicate glass is used as the filler.
The basis of polymer matrix is comprised of urethane derivatives. The degree of inorganic filler contained in the material is about 76%. The material is easily condensed in the cavity and has transparency of 0.5.
As to its strength "PRIZMAFIL" is not inferior to most imported composite materials. It has high durability, low polymerization shrinkage.
The depth of polymerization for 10 seconds is not less than 2 mm.
During work the material should be introduced in the cavity by layers not more than 2 mm thick, the cure time of each layer is 20 seconds.
The material "PRIZMAFIL" is packaged in lightproof syringes, and is available in the following colors according to Vita scale: A1, A2, A3, A3,5, B2, C2, C4, OA3,5. "PRIZMAFIL" set includes 4 standard colors; according to customers request colors may be selected individually.
PHYSICAL AND TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
- diametric strength: 46 ± 3 MPa.;
- flexural strength: 100 ± 5 MPa.;
- water absorption: 11 ± 4 mkg./mm3.;
- adhesion to enamel with the use of etching gel and light-cure "PRIZMAFIL" adhesive: 17 ± 3 MPa.
Fillings of material "PRIZMAFIL" are radiopaque, color stable, can be easily polished, which provides high cosmetic effect of the restoration.
THE SET CONTAINS:
- 4 syringes with filling material (A2, A3, B2, C4 colors) - 4,5 g.;
- “Prizmafil adhesive”, light-cured, for enamel - 5 ml vial;
- gel for enamel etching – 6 ml. bottle;
- accessories: mixing pad, matrix strips, disposable brushes;
- instruction for use.
STORAGE. "PRIZMAFIL" set should be kept in a dark place at temperature not above +24 ° C. Shelf life of the material is 2 years. If refrigerated during storage, the filling material before use must be kept at room temperature for at least 1 hour.
